Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. “Have only been taking Botanical Menopause Complex two weeks and I have already noticed a difference, mainly hot flushes right now. I am very impressed with the product and the packaging.”

“I have been using your thyroid support, omega3, magnesium and zinc supplements for quite a while and they do help. The lists of ingredients were a major deciding factor as they are free of all the things that trigger flare ups in my autoimmune disorders, no potato starch either as all belladona fruit, veg or tuber lead to demyelination of my nerves...on that note I would really appreciate you putting a warning on ashwagandha supplements as this wonderful adaptogenic plant is not for everyone as also of the belladona botanical family and I found out the hard and painful way from another ashwagandha supplement than your. Fortunately I had functional medicine to the rescue, vitamin B12 and magnesium chloride hexahydrate to deal with the excrutiating, burning and debilitating pain within the 1st half hour, however it took another week to recover mobility and function. Thank you.”

“I have recently started taking Food Grown Fertility after some horrible side effects from taking fertility supplements from a well known brand. I have experienced no side effects from taking these, and feel so much better. The tablets are quite large, but no larger than others I had been taking. I love that there's no binders, sugars etc added to these. Will be buying again!”

We are really pleased to hear that you have found our Food-Grown Fertility easy to take and these have suited you. The capsules can be pulled apart, with the exception of the Pure Strength Omega 3. The capsule contents can be added to cold drink or food. Yogurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies work well. But any cold/warm drink or food is acceptable. “Natural Glow I have been taking the Natural Glow supplement for 2 months now and feel i need to leave a review. I have been looking for a supplement to give my perimenopausal skin a much needed boost. I decided to turn to Natural Glow as i trust the Wild Nutrition brand and frankly i really needed a boost as summer approached. Also the idea that, even if the summer in the UK was sun free, i might get some kind of 'natural' colour was very appealing. I have not been disappointed. Most importantly my skin just looks and feels better. Secondly i do really feel like there is some additional luminosity and that i have picked up some summer colour better than i otherwise would have. I have just ordered my 3rd months supply and i think that tells you all you need to know. Oh, and by way of further endorsement i will share that this investment is against the back drop of a tight budget and so i have had to sacrifice other things to be able to afford it.”
