I assume food grown sources are better… however I needed to ask a question about a product and was offered a free 15 minute consultation. The nutritionist I spoke to obviously knew her subject but I was told certain information could not be sent to me unless I completed a form and opened an account… This is a bit hard sell isn’t it!!?? On another matter, around the same time I was going to purchase the Bone Complex. I have looked up several retailers who list this item, including Wild Nutrition but I cannot see a list of ingredients/nutrients/Vitamins and minerals and the amount & percentage of RDA, etc. I also cannot see what form of calcium is used… calcium carbonate, citrate… or other source…. I find it very odd…. I guess the only way I’ll find out is to find the nearest shop that stocks it and travel there to read the label

Our ingredients information is listed right at the bottom of each product page and we do appreciate it's hard to see that, and we are aware of this. You are selling premium products, which need to be described in more explicit detail on your website, with product claims, and also outside data on the virtues of plant based vitamins.

I’m happy with the product however shocked by the wasteful packaging . I won’t be ordering more as the packaging is enough for at least 5 bottles . Such a waste

The supplements themselves are amazing, but you shouldn’t be charging the same price for a paper bag refill as you do for a glass jar. And if you subscribe I think the postage should be free. Nearly £4 to send a very lightweight paper bag through the post seems extortionate

Our pouches are specially designed to be certified as food-grade, as the liner is in fact breathable material and there is no plastic liner. We are always trying to make the options as affordable as possible for our customers, so we will definitely take this feedback on board. Our team are looking into our packaging at the moment to make changes in the future. Just to let you know, in case you weren't aware we do offer free UK delivery for orders over £40. As your order doesn't quite reach that threshold each month we could change the deliveries to be every 60 or 90 days instead, so that way you would avoid paying the delivery fee. I have subscribed for several years with a monthly order of multi-strain biotic. I love this product and it keeps my digestive issues under control for which I'm so grateful. However, I noticed a change in consistency a few months ago and I thought it might be a batch discrepancy but this now seems to be the norm. Perhaps the recipe has changed? I have also noticed that the bottles seem to be less filled and I'm often finishing before the next bottle has arrived, whereas they often used to overlap. In order for probiotics to be most effective they require regular and constant use, so it is much preferred to have too much than too little in stock and most months I'm finding I have to wait a week without any probiotics before my new batch arrives (even though I am using the recommended daily amount of one teaspoon). There was also a very long waiting period earlier this year which left me without probiotics for over a month. As a regular subscriber and someone who suffers from digestive issues this was a very unexpected and unpleasant situation to be in. However I understand this may have been due to shipping complications following Brexit. I love using Wild Nutrition because the formula has treated me well for many years and I LOVE that all the packaging is so easily and completely recyclable. However the recent changes in less formula and a slower delivery have found my trust to be waining slightly. I'm resistant to find an alternative probiotic because of the reasons above but if the issue of running out before the end of the month isn't resolved, I may have to.

We did make a small formulation change to the product last year, but this should not have affected the dose or amount that is in the jar. The powder has been changed to a much lighter consistency which is difficult to get out of the bottle without it floating everywhere and difficult to dissolve in water. Disappointing change to what was as an excellent product

Great service, but the packaging is ridiculous. The box is huge for one pill pot with so much wasted padding. Please, please revise your packing boxes and get smaller ones to fit the order

I think Wild Nutrition products are brilliant but there has been such a muddle with my subscription and their new website that I cant work out what I've bought or when its arriving.

Love their products but really wish they wouldn't use 'signed for delivery'. Twice now I haven't been in & either have to travel to the nearest post office - 20 mins drive away or have product redelivered at the weekend which leads to a longer waiting time. Really inconvenient & purely for this reason alone I'm thinking about switching brands.

Loved the sound of the product but the capsules were too big for my young teenager to swallow and he really disliked the taste if we emptied the capsule onto food or fluid.

Delivery was slow, I.e. goods not despatched within 24 hours of order placed. Product not organic but price very high. Think, though, that the product will do what it promises on the label.
