Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. “I initially left a bad review when my order did not arrive as I had hoped before I went into hospital. I left a bit of a "rant" on a weekend not ever expecting to hear back. I was contacted almost immediately (on a Sunday) by Chris the CEO who apologised and explained that my order had left Wild Nutrition and was at the mercy of their local Royal Mail depot (my tracking confirmed this). To his credit, Chris even tried to think of a way of delivering my order directly to me in hospital. Any firm who responds as quickly and positively as this deserves to be recognised for their excellent customer service.”

“I'm pretty impressed. They can seem price prohibitive but really seem to do the trick; my nails were growing downwards and I was iron deficient and now both seem to have reduced. I love the refill pouches, they were mostly out of stock when I began my subscription but now I nearly always receive the refill pounch. Their communication seem great and the user interface of the website is good.”

“All seems ok havent had a bad reaction taking this as I do when taking calcium in other forms. I honestly can’t say if this is working for me yet as haven’t had a bone scan.will follow up with a review when I know”

“I have tried several products of Wild Nutrition and I am really happy with the results and quality of them. Perfectly dosed and combined. By Wild Nutrition food grown really means food grown! Moreover I was really happy to recently get the support and advice form their team of Nutritionists. If not sure how to combine food supplements with other ones or certain medicine, their team is doing an excellent job here. They are also so kind, professional and devoted to what they are doing! “The supplements themselves are amazing, but you shouldn’t be charging the same price for a paper bag refill as you do for a glass jar. And if you subscribe I think the postage should be free. Nearly £4 to send a very lightweight paper bag through the post seems extortionate”

Hello Thea, Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate hearing from our subscribers, and about improvements we can make. Our pouches are specially designed to be certified as food-grade, as the liner is in fact breathable material and there is no plastic liner. We are always trying to make the options as affordable as possible for our customers, so we will definitely take this feedback on board. Our team are looking into our packaging at the moment to make changes in the future. Just to let you know, in case you weren't aware we do offer free UK delivery for orders over £40. As your order doesn't quite reach that threshold each month we could change the deliveries to be every 60 or 90 days instead, so that way you would avoid paying the delivery fee.
