“Always amazing customer service and support. The advise and knowledge available is amazing. I have tried ALOT of natural methods over the years and can honestly say that My endometriosis care routine has been greatly improved since finding the Endo complex, I’ve been taking it for years now! My sister has also started taking it recently and her symptoms have greatly improved! It genuinely works.”

“I have suffered from very bad from PMS for years and was excited to try these. Unfortunately, they made everything worse. They contain ashwaghanda, which is known to cause thyroid issues and I ended up becoming hyperthyroid. Ashwagandha is a potentially dangerous substance which doesn't agree with everything - which is banned in some countries - and they should put warnings about it, particularly the potential thyroid issues, on the products that contain it. It would be nice if thye could make a blend without this substance and which purpose contained calcium or B12 instead which are recommended for PMS/PMDD.”

The 42 minutes extra sleep is backed by a scientific study, you can see the full paper here: https://www.scirp.org/journal/paperinformation?paperid=134449 As you have noticed we use a lower dose compared to some other brands, but this is because we are not using a synthetic magnesium where would need to increase the dose to ensure more absorption. “Lucy was just marvellous. I had a long list of questions and she answered all,, telling me to contact supplement producers on two specifics. I've been having a hard time for months, worsening, able to eat only small vegetarian meals in the end. with low stomach acid and had just begun to take Betaine and tackle the constipation. She knew enough to tell me it would take some while to recover fully, meanwhile giving me tips on what would most help.
