“I didn't use to take any supplements other than generic multivitamin tablets and collagen but in my mid-40s the dreaded brain fog started and I decided that I needed something to deal with the perimenopause symptoms. Around the same time my usually collagen supplement became difficult to source so I started researching and came across Wild Nutrition. I find the information provided useful and the range of supplements really good. I also love that they offer refills, which is great to stop so much plastic waste. In addition to the collagen I started taking Lion's Mane Plus and I find my brain less foggy. My journey to work has turned less of a chore and more of a time when I can think clearly and prioritise tasks. Overall, I feel less anxious and like I am able to deal with the day ahead instead of just having a hundred thoughts going on in my head constantly.”

“I was taking the daily multivitamin, which was good and I was happy with. But I discovered that Wild do an Endo support supplement and was advised to take this during my consultation, as I have been diagnosed with endometriosis. I wasn’t really suffering with heavy or painful periods, but my digestion was awful and I was fatigued. Within 6-8 weeks of taking the supplements I have felt like a new person - my digestion is much improved and my energy levels have been great. As a teacher, I normally spend winter with back to back coughs and colds, but it’s now January and I have avoided catching anything, despite two colds being brought into my household. I can only assume this supplement has something to do with this, as overall I feel so much stronger and healthier. It is truly amazing - please never discontinue this product!”

“Premenstrual Support and Multi Vitamin I can't quite believe the results! I've been struggling with perimenopause, irregular periods and low mood as well as anxiety and fatigue. After 2 cycles I really notice a difference, no break through bleeding I had experienced before. Definitely feel more energetic, happier and so far it was improved my anxiety. I felt quite desperate and had a nice call with the nutritionist who recommended I try the multi vitamin and premenstrual supplements. Excellent result so far!”

“I really don't like the Collagen. It has a slight taste to it, and makes me feel shaky/fuzzy. I've stopped taking it but have continued with the Omega-3.”

“Can't speak for all products but the breastfeeding product is such poor formulation. Doesn't contain vitamin D nor iodine and very low in calcium so not at all a comprehensive product, a shame I learnt this only after purchasing. Won't be rebuying, especially at that cost”

“Good product, and I found I was able to tolerate the pregnancy multi and omega supplement without issue. Knocked off a star however as every month I have a few days where I have no supplements to take as the delivery seems to come a week later than the charge date for the subscription service. Not ideal during the first trimester in particular when folate intake is so crucial! If this was fixed, I would rate it 5 stars.”

“Ive been getting fishy burps off omega3 and on looking up; “Some omega-3 supplements cause fish burps because of the quality of the oil, which can become rancid, and some may have a faster-acting capsule. High-quality, purified oils are less likely to cause burps, as are supplements with features like enteric coatings that prevent the capsule from dissolving until it reaches the small intestine. Other omega-3 sources, like vegan algae-based options, will not cause fish burps at all. Causes of fish burps Rancid oil: The most common cause is rancidity, where the oil oxidizes and produces foul-smelling byproducts. Lower-quality or improperly stored supplements are more prone to this. Fast-dissolving capsules: Some supplements may not have a special coating, allowing the capsule to break down too quickly in the stomach, releasing the fishy oil. Impurities: Lower-quality supplements may contain more impurities that contribute to the fishy taste and smell.””

We use sustainable fish oil that comes from wild Alaskan pollock. Freshly-caught fish goes through a process of molecular distillation and cold extraction. The oil is in ethyl ester form which requires less processing and research has shown that blood levels from taking the ethyl ester or triglyceride form are equal. “I started using Wild Nutrition's Menopause Complex a few months ago. It has made a huge difference to my daily life.
