“I would like to say thank you to this company and brand. After alot of research I found it and let me tell you on a secret. The normal pregantcare tablets you get postpartum depression, hair falls out, feel rubbish etc.. Its designed to run back to the gp This brand my hair grew that i waited for 11 years. I let go of my extentions absolutely amazing product I recovered faster after giving birth people are asking me what I ate ! This is all I ate during my pregnancy and after my baby is flourishing . “Wife subscribed to pregnancy tablets, recommended iron dose is 27mg a day. Their supplement only contains 10mg. Had to go out and buy more iron supplements as my wife is tired and looking pale”

Our Pregnancy + New Mother Multi is carefully formulated by our founder, Henrietta Norton, a nutritional therapist with over 20 years of expertise in pregnancy nutrition. The formulation takes a gentle, food-grown approach to supplementation, ensuring nutrients are both well-absorbed and work in synergy with the diet, rather than providing unnecessarily high doses. While NHS guidelines recommend 27mg of iron daily during pregnancy, this reflects total intake from both food and supplements combined. Our formula provides a supportive base, but for some women, particularly those with higher needs or difficulty absorbing iron, additional targeted supplementation may be recommended. This is why midwives routinely monitor iron status throughout pregnancy. We completely understand your concern and want every woman to feel supported during this important time. “I’m sure these supplements have worked for others, however not for me as I reacted badly to the biotin. I switched to these supplements from another brand to see if would make a difference at 5dpo which is probably not best time to change routine and after severe sudden sleep disturbances and the start of chin acne I’ve had to stop taking after 10 days. I also worried that it would have affected my chances of conceiving this cycle due to the changes, but hoping it’s surface level and not internal as short time taking. Wish they would have worked for me but I don’t think their suitable for sensitivity to biotin & B vitamins and have read these can be side affects. Something to be cautious of as sleep is important for fertility overall so disruptions aren’t good.”

“I took the pregnancy trio and I honestly WOULD NOT recommend!! The tablets are so bulky and if you buy the trio you’re having 5 tablets a day! The tablets STINK so so so bad. If you have nausea during pregnancy I would not recommend. I was gagging everytime I had to take these. Not worth it x”

“This product is great, BUT, for many busy working mums it’s not practical to take 3 pills per day. And of course if you miss one (or two) then you don’t get the required dose of folic acid. So whilst a good quality product the way it’s delivered means it’s open to being ineffective.”

“The ‘nutritionist’ advised I take 6 iron capsules a day when the bottle recommended 1 per day. Advertised as iron plus but only contains 10mg of iron. Also iron plus is recommended to be purchased with the pregnancy plus multivitamins but neither individually nor combined are anywhere near the recommended amount for pregnancy. No wonder the call is free, she was useless!”
