About Wild Nutrition:

Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. They couldn’t find it anywhere and so decided to create it themselves. Wild Nutrition is a unique Food-Grown® supplement brand providing bespoke formulations for all age stages of life.

“I found the 15 min consultation with the nutritionist so incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure which supplements to give to my 7 year old and now feel confident he’s getting what he needs every day. Thank you!”

“Have been taking the Wild Nutrition Fertility tablets. Fell pregnant the first month of taking them (after 2 months of trying before without them). Sadly have had 2 miscarriages since, but feel these supplements have helped both with conception and regulating my periods again after the miscarriages.”

“I'm only just starting on my second month of the daily essentials for women and all ready they really are making a difference. To be honest I've probably started taking these far later than I should have as I felt on my last legs. A mum of 2 with a new buisness on top of an auto imune disease was leaving me with nothing left in the tank. With being a little on the depleted side I do want to arrange a consultation as I think I'm lacking in a few more areas and I could do with kick starting myself with the advice of the professional at Wild nutrition. I definitely recommend wild nutrition and have been to most people I speak to.”

“I took the wild nutrition pregnancy vitamins for 9 months while I was pregnant and then switched to the breastfeeding complex after baby was born. The vitamins were excellent to help ensure both me and baby with getting all the nutrients that we needed. They also provide very fast delivery via Royal Mail which is always appreciated.”

Hello Sophie, We are very sorry to hear this. The capsule contents can be added to cold drink or food. Yogurt, cooled porridge, fruit purees or smoothies work well. But any cold/warm drink or food is acceptable. If a person is 'sensitive' about taste and smell, choose a food or liquid that is strong tasting to mask the capsule contents. This could even be a savoury dish such as cooled-down stew or soup.
