Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. “Easy to leave a chat message last night. It was picked up quickly this morning and expedited without needing to call me. All very quick and efficient - very impressive. When dealing with anyone at Wild Nutrition I find they are always very helpful and friendly. Shame I can’t say the same about their computer system. Every single time I try to use it, I struggle and have to give up. This is after 35+ years of wrangling computers. The loyalty scheme is unmanageable; changing an order impossible. Is it only me? And this time, the email link, sent to validate me, looked just like a scam. Nothing to identify who had sent it. Very sparse text. I have received scams in the past that get their timing spot on - arriving just as I’m sorting something out. So proximity to my request did not reassure. I would have been completely satisfied if the agent had said she would pass on my feedback about this.”

“I've been taking Wild Nutrition supplements for a year now and they've made a huge difference to both my energy levels, and my hair/beauty. Originally subscribed due to some thinning hair at my temple (hairdresser commented) and it's since regrown. I now take the energy supplements to help with a very busy career/life. I really like the free consultations as a good check-in, there's no hard sell and often a case of swapping out supplements or a month to bolster e.g. Vitamin D. Really impressed overall, regularly recommend to friends.”

“Really good customer service when I had problems with my order, extremely fast delivery and great value products, really seem to be making a difference. The only problem I had was they included a booklet about ‘your fourth trimester’ which as I was ordering endo support vitamins and a lot of women (including myself) with endometriosis have problems with conceiving this felt really unthoughtful and really upset me.”

Gail got in touch to say she would call me to give a free consultation for fifteen minutes. She listened to my concerns about a particular medication I had been given, which I didn’t want to take. Gail suggested a short term alternative and a longer term remedy. I was very happy with the call.”
