“I've been using Wild Nutrition's magnesium for several months now and find it really helps me get a less disrupted night's sleep during my peri-menopause. I'm so impressed that I'm moving to Wild Nutrition for my other supplements (daily multi vitamin and omega 3). I was a bit confused about what I might need alongside HRT so had a consultation which was excellent. Highly recommend.”
