“Expert advice and wonderful, high-quality products! I booked in a consultation call with one of your nutritionists (Nicole S) and it was honestly invaluable. Clearly an expert in her field, Nicole advised a number of options and explained why, these supplements will help me with my bad premenstrual symptoms. Also including tips such as drinking nettle tea to help in the lead up to my period. Amazing!”

“Lucy was just marvellous. I had a long list of questions and she answered all,, telling me to contact supplement producers on two specifics. I've been having a hard time for months, worsening, able to eat only small vegetarian meals in the end. with low stomach acid and had just begun to take Betaine and tackle the constipation. She knew enough to tell me it would take some while to recover fully, meanwhile giving me tips on what would most help. It has been a game changer, as I feel reassured I'm on the right path instead of uncertainity and now knowing who to trust. So many thanks, Clare”
