“Easy to leave a chat message last night. It was picked up quickly this morning and expedited without needing to call me. All very quick and efficient - very impressive. When dealing with anyone at Wild Nutrition I find they are always very helpful and friendly. Shame I can’t say the same about their computer system. Every single time I try to use it, I struggle and have to give up. This is after 35+ years of wrangling computers. The loyalty scheme is unmanageable; changing an order impossible. Is it only me? And this time, the email link, sent to validate me, looked just like a scam. Nothing to identify who had sent it. Very sparse text. I have received scams in the past that get their timing spot on - arriving just as I’m sorting something out. So proximity to my request did not reassure. I would have been completely satisfied if the agent had said she would pass on my feedback about this.”

“I have been a customer of Wild Nutrition and when I had a question about a new health issue I emailed them. Gail got in touch to say she would call me to give a free consultation for fifteen minutes. She listened to my concerns about a particular medication I had been given, which I didn’t want to take. Gail suggested a short term alternative and a longer term remedy. I was very happy with the call.”

“I contacted Wild Nutrition because I had been recommended to take tablets for night cramps. The list of side effects was frightening. I spoke to Gail who listened to all of my concerns. She suggested a short term plan and a longer one to promote better health. I actually ordered the product on subscription as I feel it would be beneficial to me. At no time did I feel I was being persuaded to buy, just given helpful information.”

“This is my first order to place with yourselves. Raymond was very good in replying to my email regarding delivery. I decided to wait for the goods in pots not pouches. As yet there has been no communication as to when the order will be despatched. A little disappointing as a new customer.”
