Easy to leave a chat message last night. It was picked up quickly this morning and expedited without needing to call me. All very quick and efficient - very impressive. When dealing with anyone at Wild Nutrition I find they are always very helpful and friendly. Shame I can’t say the same about their computer system. Every single time I try to use it, I struggle and have to give up. This is after 35+ years of wrangling computers. The loyalty scheme is unmanageable; changing an order impossible. Is it only me? And this time, the email link, sent to validate me, looked just like a scam. Nothing to identify who had sent it. Very sparse text. I have received scams in the past that get their timing spot on - arriving just as I’m sorting something out. So proximity to my request did not reassure. I would have been completely satisfied if the agent had said she would pass on my feedback about this.
