Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. They couldn’t find it anywhere and so decided to create it themselves. Wild Nutrition is a unique Food-Grown® supplement brand providing bespoke formulations for all age stages of life.

“I had a 15 minute consultation with Helen today and found it to be very helpful and informative. Helen was so knowledgeable and really understood my difficulties, and she was able to make recommendations that I'm optimistic will help me. I'm looking forward to trying the recommended supplements. She knew exactly what was likely to be causing my problems, exactly what to suggest in terms of fixing them, and even put together the correct order on my behalf. “Really useful consultation with nutritionist, Thalia, who was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain things clearly. We managed to cover both myself and my children in the consultation and she really helped to understand what would be a useful starting point for us all. She didn't overwhelm or overload me with product suggestions, just targeted advice and much more general than supplements only. Really brilliant. “Only a few days into taking my supplements, and I am not sure if it’s a coincidence, but I usually suffer with hyperemesis gravidarium. Currently at week 7 of pregnancy and my nausea is manageable! So happy that they also contain natural folate!”
