About Wild Nutrition:

Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. They couldn’t find it anywhere and so decided to create it themselves. Wild Nutrition is a unique Food-Grown® supplement brand providing bespoke formulations for all age stages of life. Today, they offer over 40 products within 6 ranges and are stocked throughout the UK and Scandinavia.

“Wild Nutrition customer service has been excellent . I had a consultation with their nutritionist which was very helpful. The call was on time to the dot , the nutritionist was quite knowledgeable about the products and the condition I was dealing with. The products that I had ordered earlier were delivered on time , even though this was an international order. The products themselves are very well formulated so that one does not have a sudden high or a crash. It is a brand that I would recommend both for their quality and customer support.”

“Terrible international options and support. I was charged £25 shipping for 3 items to Australia with the website noting 'Express - 3-5 days'. It has been 17 days without receiving the items. The customer support agent had a bad attitude. Given that it was supposed to be 3-5 days, even supposed attempted delivery 16 days later is not acceptable but then with no support and no option from the company or the courier I am left with no way to get the items. Have asked for a refund but there is no response.”

Hello Callan, I am sorry about this, I can see that your order tracking is saying that the item was attempted for delivery but that this has been waiting much longer than usual. I can see you spoke to my colleague yesterday afternoon and this morning about this and they are trying to find out more information for you.
