About Wild Nutrition:

Wild Nutrition started with one family. Charlie and Henrietta Norton wanted the very best support for their own health and that of their children as well as Henrietta’s patients. They couldn’t find it anywhere and so decided to create it themselves. Wild Nutrition is a unique Food-Grown® supplement brand providing bespoke formulations for all age stages of life.

“My nutritionist was lovely, incredibly friendly and she clearly is very knowledgeable. She explained the different supplements to me and we talked about what I need to eat and why. I came away with a better understanding of what my body needs and why. If you’ve got any questions or particular concerns I would highly recommend hooking an appointment!”

“Has been a great support throughout pregnancy -- I've been taking both the magnesium and the pregnancy supplements, as well as (occasionally) the pro-biotic. I don't know if it's related, but I have had the easiest, healthiest pregnancy imaginable -- very little exhaustion, no morning sickness, and I only really started to feel heavy and cumbersome and creaky around 32 weeks. I will definitely stick with Wild Nutrition after pregnancy. My only wish is that the bottles could be reused/refilled somehow. Recycling does use up a lot of energy, and I'd be thrilled if there was just a way to reuse them.”

We have now launched our refill pouches in many of our products which are fully recyclable and made from FSC certified paper. You can then just refill the jar each month. We are looking into various projects around recycling and re-using. It is not always straightforward with supplement jars but we are always aiming to improve in this area with innovative packaging solutions. “Using this on increased dose (on advise of nutritionist) while pregnant as had very low iron. Within a week I already felt difference - shortness of breath and heart palpitations much improved and then gone later.”
