I love the Magnesium supplement from Wild Nutrition, I've taken it for years and it definitely helps me sleep and has cleared up my eczema. But, the packaging is ridiculous; I ordered a refill pouch (so far so good, thrilled that they're now offering refills rather than glass jars), but it turned up in a huge box. Nothing else in it, just a tiny package. Stick it in an envelope, it wouldn't even need to be a padded one!
