I have been taking Wild Nutrition Bone Complex tablets for about two and a half years after smashing the bones in my left arm after coming off my bike. After a metal plate was inserted I was told that I would only have a functioning arm, but it would never be like my original arm. I also had problems with my left knee, which kept locking and was very painful. I can honestly say that, apart from lifting heavy weights, my arm has the full range of movement and does not impede my participation in sports in any way. My knee also no longer locks.
