I’ve been taking these vitamins for a while now and have realised that I am definitely the least ill in our household. The kids are forever bringing back bugs from school and nursery and I either don’t get them or get a very mild case. So I’ve just ordered the men’s and kids multivitamins along with the extra vitamin D for the kids to see how they get on.
Quite expensive when you are buying for the whole family but can’t put a price on our health. If we don’t have that then we don’t have much. Would absolutely recommend.
