I have been on the pregnancy & new mother supplement plan since my first trimester and can honestly say this has been a life saver for me! Having started previously on another brand, I found these made me feel really ill and not so good with my energy levels, I decided to give Wild Nutrition a go after a recommendation and have never looked back. I now recommend this brand to my fellow pregnant friends and also in general to others, I had a 1:1 nutrition call with a lovely lady called Jodie and in the space of 45mins, I learned so much on how I can nourish myself inside & out as a new mother and Jodie managed to help fit in the missing pieces of my nutrition and health journey, I absolutely love Wild Nutrition and wouldn't feel as healthy as I do now if it wasn't for the help of the brand. Cannot praise enough :)
