I initially left a bad review when my order did not arrive as I had hoped before I went into hospital. I left a bit of a "rant" on a weekend not ever expecting to hear back. I was contacted almost immediately (on a Sunday) by Chris the CEO who apologised and explained that my order had left Wild Nutrition and was at the mercy of their local Royal Mail depot (my tracking confirmed this). To his credit, Chris even tried to think of a way of delivering my order directly to me in hospital. Any firm who responds as quickly and positively as this deserves to be recognised for their excellent customer service.
