I have taken Wild Nutrition vitamins for several years now - 5? 6? I can't remember exactly. I first 'found' them at Whole Foods Market in London and now I mostly subscribe to the ones I want to take regularly although I change this from time to time. I have taken vitamins & herbs my whole adult life - since I first found healing herbs in 1972!! I am nearly 70 now, have 'nothing wrong with me' - take no medicines and have no known illnesses / diseases -- like most people my age - I believe a really good vitamin like you provide is essential for a healthy life / body. Even eating Organic - I do not believe in today's 'world' it is possible to get all the vitamins and minerals a body needs simply by eating alone - modern farming methods have left the soil depleted of nutrition...... I am happy to found your quality vitamins - food based!! Our bodies do not absorb and use petrochemicals! as most vitamins are - created in a lab! Thank you
