“These vitamins supported my pre-pregnancy & pregnancy journey. In fact, I am still continuing with them post-natal and to prepare for hopefully another pregnancy. They are easy on the stomach & I like that they are food based.”

“Eve though I highly regard wild nutrition supplements there are few question marks. For instance, Full Spectrum Tarmeric does not contain black pepper extract which is proven to make increase Tarmeric absorption. Bone complex contain also other vitamins which if you are already taking something like daily multivitamin, it increases the intake of same vitamins. It would be nice to see a more specific bone complex supplement.”

“I love the Magnesium supplement from Wild Nutrition, I've taken it for years and it definitely helps me sleep and has cleared up my eczema. But, the packaging is ridiculous; I ordered a refill pouch (so far so good, thrilled that they're now offering refills rather than glass jars), but it turned up in a huge box. Nothing else in it, just a tiny package. Stick it in an envelope, it wouldn't even need to be a padded one!”

“I do feel that my horrible peri menopausal symptoms are a little more manageable since taking these supplements. The hot sweats at night have become less dramatic and my headaches are not so frequent. “very good products, with clear benefits from Bone Complex - but the subscription service is at times a bit chaotic and customer service very varied”

The website is un-fussy and user friendly, although it might be a helpful addition to add a space for preferred place to leave delivery ie. inside front porch or please don't ring doorbell.”
